Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 24Crush mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use 24Crush.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Your Account
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not share login credentials or impersonate others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
You may post content such as photos, bios, and messages (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant 24Crush a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
Community Rules
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes (not exhaustive):
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual exploitation.
- Fraud, scams, spam, or solicitation.
- Posting illegal, non-consensual, or explicit content.
- Impersonation or misuse of another person’s images or identity.
Safety Disclaimer
24Crush does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee user identity. Use caution when interacting with others. Never share sensitive information and meet in public places if you choose to meet offline.
Subscriptions & Billing (Auto-Renewable)
If you purchase a subscription, it is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal may be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (where available under Apple policy and law).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or our policies. You may delete your account in the app (see Support).
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24Crush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
