For general inquiries, feedback, or support requests:

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Open 24Crush
  2. Go to Profile > Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision

Note: After deletion, your data is retained for a 30-day recovery period. During this time, you can restore your account by logging back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

You can also request account deletion by emailing us at crushai.team@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Privacy Data Requests (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

To submit a privacy request:

  • Email: crushai.team@gmail.com
  • Subject Line: "CCPA Data Request" or "Privacy Request"
  • Include: The email address associated with your 24Crush account

We will verify your identity and respond to your request within 45 days, as required by law.

Subscriptions (iOS)

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To manage, cancel, or view your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select 24Crush to manage your subscription

Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as Apple processes all payments. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Report or Block a User

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the in-app report and block tools:

  1. Go to the user's profile or chat
  2. Tap the ... (more) button
  3. Select Report or Block

For urgent safety concerns or if you need immediate assistance, email us directly with:

  • Your account email
  • The other user's display name (if known)
  • Description of the issue
  • Approximate time of the incident

Photo Verification Issues

If you're having trouble with photo verification:

  • Ensure you have good lighting on your face
  • Remove sunglasses, hats, or anything covering your face
  • Hold your phone at eye level
  • Make sure your camera lens is clean
