Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

Subscriptions (iOS)

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To manage, cancel, or restore a subscription:

Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name (Apple ID)
Tap Subscriptions and select 24Crush

Refund requests are handled by Apple (where available under Apple policy and law).

Report or block a user

Use in-app report and block tools whenever possible. If you need urgent help, email us with:

Your account email (or sign-in provider)
The other user’s name and any relevant details
Approximate time of the incident
